ALT stands for Assisted Living Training. ALT Services, LLC is proud to offer the CBRF and AFH Department-Approved Courses, All-Employee Training, and Task-Specific Training in both an online platform and in the classroom training at your facility.

Erica completed her Bachelors at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin and holds a BBA in Organizational Management. She then completed her Masters at Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa and holds an MBA in Health Care Administration. She is currently studying for her EdS in Adult Education and her PhD in Social and Community Services.
For the last twelve years, Erica has worked as the Program Director for Deer Path Assisted Living, a group home system for adults with chronic mental illnesses, personality disorders, AODA issues, cognitive disabilities, and various behavioral disorders.
Erica currently coordinates staff training as required by the Wisconsin Administrative Code, is a registered assisted living trainer by the State of Wisconsin, is a certified trainer in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention through the Crisis Prevention Institute, and is certified to instruct CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen Administration through the American Red Cross.
We train at your facility. To schedule training, please fill out the contact form by clicking the "Contact" link above. There is a 4 participant minimum requirement for Monroe County. For all other counties, there is a 6 participant minimum requirement (mileage rates apply over 100 miles). Monroe County facilities will receive a 10% discount for 6 or more participants and a 20% discount for 10 or more participants. Facilities in all other counties will receive a 10% discount for 8 or more participants.
Since we train at your facility, we require a comfortable working area for the employees, as well as a television and DVD player (this may not be necessary for small classes). We provide ALL other supplies. Please note... we require that your employees do not work third shift prior to the night of class so that they are well-rested for the duration of the course.
Individuals and organizations may register for a course, or a number of courses, by clicking on the "Register Now" link above. You may pay for your course via check OR credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken to an online store immediately after registering where you can purchase your courses. After your purchase, you will receive your course username, password, and instructions via email within 24 hours. If you choose to pay by check, you will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours. After the invoice is paid (unless other agreed upon in advance), you will receive your username, password and instructions via email.
